Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Ham diced
  • 1 cup for Frozen peas carrots and beans premix
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 150 g Prawn shelled
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt & White Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat your wok/fry pan to very hot and add oil. Quickly scramble the eggs, then add onions, prawns and ham to saute.
  • Add your vegetables to cook over, then add your rice, light soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and continue to stir fry until fragrant.
  • Serve while hot.
