Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 450 g cream cheese chopped in in cubes
  • 250 g white sugar
  • 200 g cream
  • 15 g flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200ºC (390°F).
  • Place eggs into a mixer bowl and mix until smooth and combined.
  • Add cream cheese and blend until smooth, stopping the scraping of the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  • Add sugar and mix until smooth. Add cream and mix until smooth. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  • Line a springform tin with paper. Pour cheesecake mixture into tin.
  • Cook for 1 hour (200°C). Cool in tin. When cool, carefully open the springform tin, peel away the paper and transfer to a serving plate.
  • You can serve it with berries or just keep your bliss pure.
