Stir Fry Kailan with mushroom

Ingredients
  

  • 6 stocks HK Kailan
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp shallots
  • 3 pcs dried mushrooms hydrated overnight – retain liquid
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix the mushroom liquid with oyster sauce
  • Heat up a pot of water.
  • Blanch the vege in the water for a few minutes. ( around 4 mins )
  • Drain and add the vege to some cold water.
  • Heat up 1 tbsp oil and stir fry shallots then garlic. Add mushrooms and stir fry
  • Add mushroom liquid.
  • When mushrooms turn soft, add the kailan vege and oyster sauce with mushroom liquid.
  • Stir fry briefly for around 20 seconds and season to taste.
