Mixing Bowl
- 1 large Green Papaya or Mango Julienned
- 1 each Carrot Julienned
- 2 tbsp Palm Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 each Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Dried Prawns
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 4 qty Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Calamansi Lime Juice
- 100 grams Snake Beans Cut and Blanched
Shred the papaya and carrrot and soak in some water.
Blend the sugar, garlic, chilles, prawn and peanuts then add lime juice, fish sauce and mix to a dressing.
In a big bowl, add in all the ingredients together and toss with added peanuts.
Do not buy the wrong type of papaya. The typical papaya we ate as fruit is too ripe for making salad.
You can replace green papaya with green mangoes.
