Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Fusili
  • 1 piece Red Onion diced
  • ½ cup Broccoli Florets
  • ½ cup cucumbers peeled & cut
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tsp Parsley dried
  • 1 tsp Cayenne dried
  • 1 tsp Paprika dried
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large salted boiling water, cook pasta, then drain, oiled and chilled.
  • In the same salted water, blanch your broccoli, drain, oiled and chill.
  • Cut up and prep cucumber, onions and cherry tomatoes.
  • Mix all your ingredients for the dressing, grate the lemon zest and juice and dress with salt and pepper.
  • Mix all your ingredients: pasta, broccoli, vegetables, dressing.
  • Served Chilled.
