Mix all the above ingredients in the mixer bowl except for the bread and cake flour, butter and salt.
Add in the flour in two or three batches.
Add in the salt.
Lastly add in the softened butter.
Knead till the dough is elastic. Cover the bowl and let it rest in a warm place till the dough has risen till doubled in size.
When the dough has risen till doubled, punch down and form it into buns or rolls.
Let it rise till double.
Brush the dough with egg wash and bake for about 15 mins at 190°c until golden brown.
