This smoked salmon salad recipe can be eaten both warm or cold. It is a super healthy salad that is packed with nutrients and proteins and can be a great substitute for your carbs! A simple and easy quick meal recipe that you must try!

Salad Base
- 2 qty Hard Boiled Eggs
- 2 cups Leafy Veg Cos, Baby Spinach, Argula
- 1 big Red Onion
- 4-5 pcs Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 bundle Asparagus grilled
- 1 qty Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Bacon Bits
Dressing
- 1/3 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 sprig Dill
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and set dressing aside.
Cut the red onions into thin slices.
Drizzle some olive oil to a heated pan, add in one small cube of butter. Add in asparagus for season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 8-10 mins. Set aside.
Cut the cucumbers into cubes and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Add mixed veggies, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, sliced onions, asparagus and bacon bits to a big mixing bowl.
Add in desired amount of greek dressing and toss well.
Garnish with hard boiled eggs.
