Ingredients
  

  • 180 gm butter room temperature
  • 140 gm castor sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 220 gm plain flour
  • 80 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp pandan paste
  • Vanilla essence
  • muffin cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
  • Combine flour and baking powder, sift and set aside.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy and white. Add the eggs one by one. Spin a medium speed until well blended. Add the flour mixture alternately with milk until finish (part by part). Then add vanilla essence and pandan paste, mix well.
  • Fill the batter into the muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 mins.
