Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 70 g Butter unsalted preferred, room temp
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1.5 cups Milk
  • 2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
  • 1 tbsp Icing Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugar, and then incorporate eggs and vanilla.
  • Further incorporate cheese, salt and milk, little by little.Lastly incorporate the flour & lemon zest.
  • Pour the mixture into an appropriate baking shallow baking dish and bake at 180 deg C for roughly 30 minutes to 40 minutes or until cooked.
  • Let the cake cool before serving.
