- 90 g Butter
- ½ cup Hot Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Flour
- 1½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Oil enough for shallow frying
Portion the chicken wings to drumlettes and winglettes. Discard the tips.
Combine all the ingredient for the fry flour and and heat up enough oil for a shallow fry in a suitable deep frypan
Dust the chicken into your fry flour and fry off the chicken
In a large saucepan with low heat, combine the butter, hot sauce, honey and minced garlic and combine the sauce
Reserve 10% of the sauce for serving. Add the chicken into the sauce and let it slowly thicken
Serve wings on a plate with extra sauce at the side.
