"The Mystery Box Challenge brought out incredible creativity in our team. The energy was electric, and we're still talking about it months later."
Not every team wants timers and judges. Cook & Bond is our non-competitive format: cook together at a relaxed pace, guided by our chefs, then sit down and dine on what you made. Choose a 3-course menu or master one craft in a masterclass workshop.
Competition works brilliantly for some teams and is exactly wrong for others. Cook & Bond keeps everything people love about our kitchen, the chefs, the stations, the shared meal, and removes the pressure.
Without a clock running, the session moves at the speed of the room. The best conversations happen between the steps, not after them.
No winners means no losers. Confident cooks and total beginners work side by side towards one shared table, not against each other.
Every session finishes in our dedicated dining area, where the team sits down together to enjoy exactly what they made.

Your team cooks a full three-course meal together, guided dish by dish by our chef, then the stations become your dining table. Choose your menu from our proposal, from modern Asian to Italian.

Pick one craft and learn it properly as a team, from pizza and pasta to bread, desserts and sushi. A focused, satisfying session where everyone leaves with a real skill, and in most workshops, a take-home box.
Eight workshops, one goal each: master a craft together. All halal-sourced and beginner-friendly, with menus confirmed from your proposal.

Stretch, top and bake proper pizzas from scratch, dough handling, sauce balance and a blistered crust your team will talk about.

The ultimate stress reliever. Mix, knead, shape and bake rustic bakery-style bread, and walk out with a warm loaf.

Say goodbye to soggy bottoms. Delicate pastry dough, golden bakes and decadent fillings, constructed and boxed by your team.

Restaurant-style plated desserts, from silky panna cotta to torched brûlée, finished with piping and chocolate work.

Fresh pasta from flour and eggs, rolled, cut and sauced by hand, then eaten together while it's still steaming.

Roll maki, shape nigiri and pack a beautiful bento box. A calm, detail-loving workshop that works brilliantly for office offsite events.

Master a moist, fluffy crumb, then turn the session creative with frosting swirls and toppings. Everyone takes a box home.

Bake, stack, frost and decorate a whole celebration cake as a team, the most photogenic finish of all our workshops.
The same warm welcome and chef guidance as our competitive events, without the countdown clock.

Arrive at our CBD studio, 3 minutes from Tanjong Pagar MRT, aprons on and a warm welcome from the crew. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.
Our chef-facilitator introduces the menu or masterclass and runs through the plan for the session.
A proper demonstration of every technique you'll use, so everyone starts confident, whatever their experience.
Your team cooks side by side at an easy pace, with facilitators close by. No clock, no judging, just the food and the conversation.
Move to our dedicated dining area and sit down to the meal you made, with photos, a toast and all the cleanup handled by us.
Groups that bond over conversation, not adrenaline, and want space for everyone to be heard.
When some colleagues have never cooked, the demo-first format means no one feels exposed.
Executives often prefer a format where the failure modes are forgiving and the pace is dignified.
A natural centrepiece for offsite days, especially the Bento & Sushi workshop, calm, hands-on and memorable.

No. Cook and Bond is our non-competitive format. There are no timers, no judging and no winners, your team simply cooks together and sits down to enjoy the meal after.
Once you enquire, we send you a menu proposal tailored to your group, and you choose your dishes from that proposal. Menus are halal-sourced by default and we adjust for dietary requirements.
Yes, everyone cooks the same menu, because our chef conducts a proper demonstration before the session so everyone starts with the same skills and confidence. That said, we are always willing to accommodate special requests, let us know and we will see how to work them in.
Our competitive formats like Amazing Race and Hell's Kitchen run on time pressure and judging. Cook and Bond removes all of that, the same chefs and stations, but a relaxed pace built for conversation.
That is exactly who this format suits. The chef demo covers every technique before you start, facilitators stay close throughout, and masterclasses are designed for complete beginners.
For baking masterclasses like bread, tarts, cupcakes and whole cakes, yes, your bakes are boxed for travel. For cooked menus, you sit down and enjoy the meal together in our dining area.
We advise arriving 15 minutes before your start time. If late arrivals cause the session to overrun, an overrun charge of $200 per hour applies.
