Already booked with us and need to change something? Submit your request below and our team will check availability and get back to you. Please don't make changes by phone, email or WhatsApp alone, this form makes sure nothing is missed.

Before you submit

These requests are subject to date and time availability, and additional fees may apply. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Weekend & public holiday surcharge. Events on weekends or public holidays carry a $200 surcharge.
Evening surcharge. Bookings ending after 6:00pm carry a $200 evening surcharge.
Short-notice menu changes. Menu requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur an additional fee.
Transport. For bus bookings, please include your preferred pick-up time and location.
