"The Mystery Box Challenge brought out incredible creativity in our team. The energy was electric, and we're still talking about it months later."
Flour on your hands, smiles all round. Our baking sessions are creative, hands-on and perfect for teams who want a relaxed yet rewarding bonding experience.
Baking rewards teamwork and attention to detail, and the results are wonderfully shareable. It's a gentler alternative to high-octane challenges, with just as much bonding.
Decorating and shaping bring out everyone's playful side in a relaxed setting.
Measuring, timing and sharing the oven builds natural collaboration.
Teams leave with the goodies they baked, a sweet reminder of the day.
We run six core baking formats, each designed for a different team dynamic. All programmes are fully customisable, adjust the menu, the difficulty and the competition format.

A MasterChef-style bake-off where teams compete to produce the best version of a chosen bake, cakes, cookies, tarts or breads. A chef-judge scores on taste, presentation and teamwork, and everyone takes home what they baked.

Trade spreadsheets for spatulas in the sweetest team building event in Singapore. From sculpting fondant to perfecting a soufflé, this workshop is designed to spark creativity and laughter.

Bake, pipe and decorate. Learn the difference between wholesome muffins and rich cupcakes, master a moist, fluffy crumb, then finish with frosting swirls and fun toppings.

Tackle the ultimate French pastry challenge, no intimidation required. From glossy meringue to piping the perfect circle and creating luscious fillings, your team bonds over a delicate craft.

Say goodbye to soggy bottoms. A hands-on masterclass in handling delicate pastry dough, baking it to golden perfection and whipping up decadent fillings, ending with an edible masterpiece.

The ultimate stress reliever. Mix, knead, shape and bake rustic, bakery-style bread, then walk away with a warm loaf and the skills to bake fresh bread at home.

Have something specific in mind? Tell us your objectives, group size, dietary requirements and budget, and we will propose a format, menu and run sheet tailored to your goals.
When your team finishes a cooking session, they eat their work and leave empty-handed. When they finish a baking session, they take home a box of cookies, a loaf of bread or a decorated cake.
That takeaway extends the bonding moment for days. Colleagues swap photos of their bakes at home, share them with family, and the conversation continues into the office on Monday.
Choose Cook & Bond, our non-competitive format: cook a 3-course meal or pick a masterclass, then dine together.
A gentler alternative to high-octane challenges, with just as much bonding and a sweet reward.
