Matcha Muffins

Ingredients
DRY
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Green Tea Powder
Wet
- 150 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 120 g Milk
- 2 Large Eggs or 3 small ones (~100 grams eggs)
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Beat the butter and eggs until creamy. Then add in the eggs one at a time to combine well.
- Whisk in your milk to form all the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet and dry mixes together by slowly adding a little liquid in the dry mix and incorporating slowly so as to form flour lumps.
- Bake in a preheated over at 180 degC for 20 - 30 min or until cooked in the center.
