Proceed to a cooking studio and follow through a guided demo for Singaporean cuisine cooking class (2 hours). Everything will be provided for. Bring along an inquisitive mind and empty stomach and enjoy the dishes you have whipped up.

Classes will only be confirmed once there is enough participation registered. Your credit card will not be charged until the class is confirmed.

Meet and greet at the entrance of Chinatown Market with our chef to explore one of the oldest wet market in Singapore where we will shop for the freshest ingredients for our cooking class.
After an hour of wet market tour, we will head back to the cooking studio for a fun filled session of cooking local heritage food.
Welcome to our cooking studio! Our resident chef will start off the session by giving a short introduction on the course outline and a kitchen safety and orientation brief.
Our chef will be doing a cooking demo on the class's menu and also the techniques and skills you need to know when you are working with the dishes.
You will get 2 hours to cook a 3 courses meal. Our chefs will be walking around to assist and guide you along!
You will get to sit down and taste your own cooking at our dining area specially set up for you after the class!
We value your safety! All our cooking class participants will be provided with a complimentary care pack which includes a face mask, small hand sanitiser and a D’Open Kitchen apron. To ensure your safety, each cooking station will be limited to 4 participants.
