Liu Sar Pau (Chinese Salted Egg Custard Steamed Bun)
Shrimp Dumplings with Salmon Roe (Siu Mai)

Classes will only be confirmed once there is enough participation registered. Your credit card will not be charged until the class is confirmed.

We value your safety! All our cooking class participants will be provided with a complimentary care pack which includes a face mask, small hand sanitiser and a D’Open Kitchen apron. To ensure your safety, each cooking station will be limited to 4 participants.

Basement car park entrance is located on: Maxwell Link, closer to Maxwell Road.

Mon-Fri: (7am-6pm): $5.20/hr
Mon-Fri after 6pm: $2.57/entry
Sat & Sun/PH: $2.57/entry
